ABOUT US
CHH CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM PTE LTD was founded in 1991 by managing director Nelson Tee. The company initially started out as a small renovation firm in the 1990's before slowly expanding operations into A&A jobs on conservation shophouses and terrace houses. By the 2000's it had already grown into undertaking larger projects which include the erection of semi-detached housing, bungalows and good-class bungalows. Today, CHH is involved in all types of construction from conservation shophouses to low-rise commercial buildings.
In 1997, managing director Nelson Tee identified security and electronic systems as a way to bring more value to CHH's clients and decided to start an internal security systems division. The Security Division in CHH initially only worked on CHH's construction projects but have grown significantly over the years to include other services and serve clients which do not require construction services.
Over the years in the construction field, our company has forged a strong reputation as a very proficient builder by not only being punctual with deadlines and meeting customer's expectations, but by unwavering in our Values such as upholding the utmost service standards. CHH are also extremely meticulous with the architectural and aesthetic aspects of all our projects - at CHH, we believe that all these characteristics combined, puts the Company in a unique position to bring value to our clients for a long time to come.

CHH employs several staff well versed in various components of M&E and Security Systems. Clients who engage CHH are free of coordination problems.
